Gunderson's Jewelers features an onsite state-of-the-art watch repair facility. Our certified watchmakers are trained to repair your finest timepieces. Our watch services include, but are not limited to: battery replacement, crystal replacement, bracelet sizing, water resistance maintenance and complete movement overhaul.

Gunderson’s is an official service provider for Rolex, Cartier  and the Swatch Group of watches, comprised of Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot, and Hamilton watches. In addition to the timepiece brands listed above, we service numerous other brands.


Harry Granzow is a licensed watchmaker from the state of Indiana and has completed training by Rolex, Cartier and the Swatch Group of watches.


David Threlkeld graduated Suma Cum Laude from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology with an Associate of Applied Science in Watchmaking and Microtechnology. He is certified by the Swiss American Watchmakers Training Alliance (SAWTA) and has CW21 (Certified Watchmaker of the 21st century) certification from AWCI (American Watchmakers and Clockmakers Institute), the primary certifying organization for professional watchmakers in the U.S.


Watch Maintenance is Important

Most watches will require cleaning, adjustments or simple preventative maintenance. While your watch may need occasional minor maintenance or repairs, periodic inspection and service can prevent substantial, expensive problems from developing.
